What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in GBP

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items the same day where possible, however Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out. 

Tracking numbers will be updated the day your order is despatched. Please be sure to check your spam just incase

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

So, you’re not happy with your item? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and instead operate an EXCHANGE ONLY policy!

All items that you wish to exchange must be received at our return address no later than 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order with us, in the original packaging, (including any tags) and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges will not be offered if any signs of wear or make up marks are present.

Once an item has been received the entire exchange process must be completed within 28 days of your original order.

If you return the item after the 14 day window, unfortunately we will not be eligible for exchange and your item will be returned to you at the address of your original order!

Please note that sale items are none exchangeable.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately all orders placed online are final however can be exchanged. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now

once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel order please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment.

How long does shipping take?
