REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and instead operate an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. All items that you wish to exchange must be received at our return address no later than 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order with us, in the original packaging, (including any tags) and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges will not be offered if any signs of wear or make up marks are present. Once an item has been received the entire exchange process must be completed within 28 days of your original order. If you return the item after the 14 day window, unfortunately we will not be eligible for exchange and your item will be returned to you at the address of your original order. Please note that SALE items are none exchangeable.
