Returns

We have a 14 day return policy. your 14 days starts on the date you receive your item.

In cases where a refund is agreed, please be aware this can take between 5/7 days to be refunded back to you. A refund will always be processed back to the original payment method that was used during purchase.

We can not cover postage costs for returns, however we advise using a 2nd class signed for service using the same bag it was delivered in to save you money and time. 

All items that you wish to exchange must be received at our return address no later than 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order with us, in the original packaging, (including any tags) and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges / refunds will not be offered if any signs of wear or make up marks are present.

If it has been 7 days since sending back your return and we have not received it, we advise contacting royal mail, Kaye Marie Boutique is not responsible for any losses in transit. 

All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item excluding weekends. your exchange will then be dispatched
